Simply by email.
- Send a non-binding purchase enquiry with the photograph and size.
- You receive a binding offer by email with the total price, delivery time, payment terms, terms and consumer information.
- The contract is concluded only when you expressly accept that offer by email.
- Payment is made in advance. Production is commissioned only after full payment has been received.

Delivery time: 7–14 working days after receipt of payment

Withdrawal for standard prints
The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to regularly offered standard versions. The fact that a print is produced only after an order is placed does not by itself remove that right.

Individual
Custom requests
Other sizes, individual crops or other customer-specific versions may be available on request. Withdrawal can only be excluded where the statutory requirements for a genuinely customer-specific item are met; this will be stated expressly before the contract is concluded.
Statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
